Haringey Shed : Inclusive Theatre and Performing Arts Company for Children and Young People

Dear Families and Friends       Friday 17th April 2020

After the government’s announcement we will be stopping all Haringey Shed activities for the time being until further notice.

Haringey Shed performances and events – It is with regret that we are postponing performances, trips and events.  But look forward to being able to make them happen soon.

There have been no reported cases of the virus in staff or members so far.

Staff will be working from home.

Sessional staff will receive full pay during this time.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you posted of any changes.

We are now running all our regular activities online.

We wish you all well and hope we can resume our usual face-to-face programme soon.

Haringey Shed Team

Haringey Shed is an inclusive theatre and performing arts company for children and young people. We provide a range of term time after school activities and holiday programmes as well as outreach work in the community, working in local schools, nurseries and community centres.

Haringey Shed’s repertoire of inclusive theatre techniques and our ‘no auditions’ policy strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment in which every young person has a part to play and is valued and respected

We believe every young person, regardless of their ability and background should have access to a safe, respectful and creative environment. “Where everyone has a part to play” is a slogan that we are very proud of
